Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders from outside the UK will be subject to a shipping fee. All products are shipped using Royal Mail you will be liable for any customs charge related to your delivery.

Return Policy.

 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS UNLESS FAULTY, DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS. ​

You have 14 days from receipt of goods to return the product back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be liable to pay for delivery to send back to Violet Rose Jewellery we recommend using tracked delivery to ensure your order gets back to us. Violet Rose is not responsible if the order is missing in-transit and there is no tracking number and in these cases, it is your responsibility to contact your delivery service. From the date we receive the product, if we believe it is an acceptable condition in its ORIGINAL packaging then we will send you notice confirming the return has been accepted and a refund will be issued within 14 days. If the product has been used, damaged and not in its original packaging then it will be sent back to you.
For International returns, shipping cost will not be included in the refund (Outside of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland).




 

At Violet Rose Jewellery we adhere to the UK Distance Selling Regulations, providing you the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, and with all original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

For your convenience, we recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item. This not only provides peace of mind but also helps us expedite the inspection and refund process upon receipt of your returned item. Our team will carefully inspect all returned items to ensure they meet the return criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
