Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders from outside the UK will be subject to a shipping fee. All products are shipped using Royal Mail you will be liable for any customs charge related to your delivery.

Return Policy.

 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS UNLESS FAULTY, DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS. ​

You have 14 days from point of purchase to cancel your order. From the date of cancellation, you will have 14 days to return the product back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be liable to pay for delivery to send back to Violet Rose Jewellery we recommend using tracked delivery to ensure your order gets back to us. Violet Rose is not responsible if the order is missing in-transit and there is no tracking number and in these cases, it is your responsibility to contact your delivery service. From the date we receive the product, if we believe it is an acceptable condition in its ORIGINAL packaging then we will send you notice confirming the return has been accepted and a refund will be issued within 14 days. If the product has been used, damaged and not in its original packaging then it will be sent back to you.
For International returns, shipping cost will not be included in the refund (Outside of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland).
