You have 14 days to cancel your order from the purchase date and 14 days from cancellation to return the item. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase. You're responsible for return shipping, preferably with tracking. We'll confirm the return's acceptance within 14 days of receiving the product in its original condition. Used or damaged items won't be refunded.
